Ehhh not that good Nov 18, 2009
By A. J. M. I'm a male 6.4 200lbs and bought these heel cups for my Adidas Sambas because my heel would constantly hurt. These did help, but not enough. I feel that the gel is only good for people with less weight. The thickness of the insoles was also negligible so often where it hurt, the heel cup would be too thin to do anything good. Not Recommended.
