These are too small for my medium sized man wrists though. Someone with smaller wrists may prefer these. For medium to larger wrists use the ACE wrap for about the same price.
A simple effective design, supportive brace, without being too constrictive. I can use these while doing almost any task including heavy lifting.
Wrist movement is restricted as much as you wish depending on how tight you make the wrap. You are able to use in either direction, pulling the thumb inward toward the palm or outward like stretching the thumb outward so there is a certain amount if thumb restriction you can gain also.

By L.D, Wright I throw a 15 pound ball with a hook. Unfortunately now I need more support. Works fine for my wife and her lighter ball but I needed higher support and stifness. I bought an ACE wrist support (black) at Wallgreens and it provided twice the support.
