I bought this on a whim and was incredibly impressed. I attached it to a narrow tree in my yard and, whenever i was in the yard, I would practice my stroke for 20 times forehand and back. After a few weeks I was stunned at my racquet control, pace and accuracy while playing a match. After this surprise, I became more intentional about using the trainer and I continue to improve without huge time investments at the court. For a busy dad with 3 kids, it is the best way to train without investing the time at the court. One final thought, my 8 year old son started using it and I saw similar quick progression. I'm now looking for a replacement (the cord broke... my daughter tried to use it as a swing... grrr) but am having trouble finding them. If I find another, I will buy two.
