Fast service, responded to my email questions right away Dec 19, 2011
By Dan I ordered 3 racquets because of a very low price and the high quality of the racquet. I was a little apprehensive because I don't order often over the internet and I wanted to make sure that the grip size and type of racquet was exactly what I wanted. Just to make sure, I followed up with a couple of emails to the seller and I was assured that I was getting the right items. It took about 4 business days to receive the shipment, a couple of days earlier than promised. So I really have to say it was a great buying experience.
