Poor Quality Product Apr 15, 2009
By R. Thomson I purchased this product to use in my backyard to hit tennis balls against. It does perform that function once I got it assembled and installed. My issue with the product was quality related. When I received the product, it wasn't packaged very well and most of the black parts were scratched and looked used (I had to re-paint them). Once I started assembly, the instructions were vague and I found myself having to engineer the product as if I had just bought the supplies (poles, screws, etc) from the local hardware store. Nothing was pre-drilled and I had to determine on my own where to drill holes and insert screws to get the frame assembled (still not sure that I got it correct based on the net size). Considering how much this item cost, I had much higher expectations. Overall, I was very disappointed with the product and would not recommend it.
